Shipping policy

• We currently ship only within the mainland United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.
• Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days and shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• A Race Against Blindness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to reship or refund the order. If the package is returned to us, reshipment fees will apply.



Return & Exchange Policy

• As all purchases are considered donations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
• Due to the nature of our fundraising efforts, we cannot accommodate size exchanges, so please review the size charts carefully before placing your order.
