Two people won this one: Daniel B. from Texas and Tori C. from Georgia each took home a Toyota and $25,000 cash on June 7, 2026, in our first fundraiser run in collaboration with the Foundation Fighting Blindness.

What this fundraiser was

Two winners instead of one, and a partnership that mattered to us. The Foundation Fighting Blindness is one of the largest funders of inherited retinal disease research in the world. RAB hosted and ran the fundraiser as usual; at its close, RAB granted funds to FFB directed to BBS research. The $1 million grant announced on June 17, 2026 was funded by this fundraiser. The vehicles were on site with our team at the Arizona VisionWalk on March 22.

The announcement

Both winners were called live on the same stream. Tori chose the Tundra; Daniel took the Sequoia. Neither chose cash.

How every winner is chosen

Enter for a chance to win. You can enter every RAB fundraiser for free. If you choose to donate, your donation funds sight-saving research.

  1. Neutral administrator

A neutral third-party sweepstakes administrator runs every drawing. RAB does not pick winners.

  2. Random drawing

After the entry period closes, the winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries.

  3. Announced live

We call the winner live on Instagram and Facebook, so anyone can watch it happen.

  4. Flown to Arizona

Vehicle winners are flown to Arizona for Winner Day to pick up the prize and meet our family. Winners who choose the cash alternative meet us by video.

Why we race

A Race Against Blindness is a family-founded 501(c)(3). It began with Luke's diagnosis of Bardet-Biedl syndrome (BBS). Today it funds rare-disease research and gene-agnostic therapies for children losing their sight to inherited retinal diseases.
