How the Build Works
We’ve given away several Adventure Vans (and lived in a few ourselves!), so we know that no two #VanLife dreams are the same. That's why we’re excited to partner with Rossmönster Vans (again!), our sponsor, who has been building custom vans since 2010. They’ll guide you through a simple process to create a van you’ll love for years to come.
Sleeping Arrangements
Solo traveler? Family of six? Whatever your needs, you’ll start by choosing your sleeping and seating setup. Pop-top, lift bed, dinette conversion—you name it!
Bath and Shower Design
Want an interior shower? Exterior shower? Both? What about a toilet? You decide where and how everything fits in your custom build.
Look, Feel, and Finishes
Light and airy? Dark and rugged? Colorful and fun? Customize the vibe of your van, from finishes to the seating and storage layout.
Power and Functional Features
Rossmönster will help you design the perfect setup for batteries, solar, inverters, and any other functional upgrades you need to match your lifestyle.

Your Donation Will Support
We founded A Race Against Blindness after receiving the life-changing news that our son is going blind. Thanks to the incredible support of people like you, we are now on the verge of saving his eyesight — and helping thousands of children like him.
Our mission is to fund treatment development and advance research for children suffering from Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS).
Here are a few important facts about our 501(c)(3) nonprofit:
🧡 We are a family-run organization, deeply rooted in love, resilience, and hope.
🧡 We believe in prioritizing experiences, adventure, and sight-seeing.
🧡 We travel as much as possible (paid for on our own dime, not nonprofit funding) to create lasting memories and capture visual experiences while our son, Luke, still has usable vision.
These core values — family, adventure, and memory-making — are the heart behind why we want to host adventure vehicle giveaways. We genuinely want to share the spirit of exploration and the joy of seeing the world with others.
