We founded A Race Against Blindness after receiving the life-changing news that our son is going blind. Thanks to the incredible support of people like you, we are now on the verge of saving his eyesight ā€” and helping thousands of children like him.

Our mission is to fund treatment development and advance research for children suffering from Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS).

Here are a few important facts about our 501(c)(3) nonprofit:
šŸ§” We are a family-run organization, deeply rooted in love, resilience, and hope.
šŸ§” We believe in prioritizing experiences, adventure, and sight-seeing.
šŸ§” We travel as much as possible (paid for on our own dime, not nonprofit funding) to create lasting memories and capture visual experiences while our son, Luke, still has usable vision.

These core values ā€” family, adventure, and memory-making ā€” are the heart behind why we want to host adventure vehicle giveaways. We genuinely want to share the spirit of exploration and the joy of seeing the world with others.
