About Us 🧡

We founded A Race Against Blindness after receiving the life-changing news that our son is going blind. Thanks to the incredible support of people like you, we are now on the verge of saving his eyesight — and helping thousands of children like him.

Our mission is to fund treatment development and advance research for children suffering from Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) and Bardet-Biedl Syndrome (BBS).

Here are a few important facts about our 501(c)(3) nonprofit:

🧡 We travel as much as possible (paid for on our own dime, not nonprofit funding) to create lasting memories and capture visual experiences while our son, Luke, still has usable vision.
